The Insta 418 Digital Cap Heat Press is a terrific multi-purpose heat press. Its curved platens are perfectly molded to mirror the curves of a hat and are designed to apply heat transfers onto cap brims and bills. Although it was originally designed as a heat press machine for hats, the Insta 418 has also proven to be an effective tool for printing logos , PPE and back-neck labels onto flat garments. Its portable, compact design and quiet operation make this press perfect for use in a home or retail environment.

We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (50% - 70% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
